  • WUGS - Retouching Team
    Project Manager
    PRESS & MEDIA
    March 2022 - October 2022 (7 months)
Brands I worked with include Castore, Reiss, New Look, Apricot, Missguided and other creative agencies and photographers (NDAs prevent me from disclosing them all.) I was at WUGS - Retouching Team until the role became redundant. My responsibilities included:
▪️Managed multiple client accounts and virtually checked in with them regularly to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, budgets, etc.
▪️Signed off NDAs, SLAs etc., when required by clients on behalf of WUGS
▪️Identified and assigned project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of the retouchers
▪️Monitored project performance to ensure timely delivery
▪️Reported project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels as needed (escalated issues as necessary based on project work plans)
▪️Further developed excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills and liaised effectively with all project stakeholders
▪️Managed recruitment for WUGS; job postings, conducted interviews, and filtered candidates for open positions
▪️Regularly liaised with freelance retouchers during busy periods; sent them assets, monitored their performance, kept them updated on client amendments, etc.
▪️Selected, tested and implemented a CRM, as well as cleansed and amended the data as required
  • NHS
    Supply Chain Co-Ordinator (Remote)
    HEALTH & WELLNESS
    August 2019 - February 2022 (2 years and 6 months)
During the pandemic, I worked remotely on temporary assignments and contracts within the NHS Supply Chain. My responsibilities included:
▪️Managed inventory, supply sources, and purchased materials and services to support manufacturing and anticipated demand
▪️Co-ordinated invoice approval process within the supply function
▪️Tracked direct POs delivery dates and ensured the database was updated
▪️Transferred products to prevent stock-outs across the UK network (IDTs, CDTs, DBTs etc.)
▪️Liaised with colleagues across other departments and warehouse locations
▪️Daily, I analysed data within all depots across the network to track orders and shipments, sales trends and demand, and identify any weaknesses and inefficiencies
▪️Tools that I used daily included an internal stock management database, Google apps (Docs, Sheet, Slides, Forms), Microsoft Teams and email
▪️During my latest contract, I also participated in the Club 100 scheme; I won the first competition after I had submitted my logo design (which then became the face of the staff recognition events)
