Team Building & HR Management: Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams — from writers and editors to designers and social media managers. I’ve established streamlined workflows and implemented conflict resolution protocols to maintain productivity and team harmony.

Content Oversight & Execution: I contribute to content production, including high-stakes copywriting, copy editing, brand messaging, SEO-driven editorial planning, and final content approvals — especially when speed and precision are critical.

Project Management: I manage end-to-end project execution, including roadmap creation, stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, and performance analysis. My expertise ensures that even under tight deadlines, projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

Crypto & Blockchain Successes: Under my direction, WUPP Media UK has successfully led the digital narrative and promotional strategy for multiple crypto and blockchain presale campaigns, with some projects crossing USD 20 million in presale revenue. These wins directly resulted from synchronized team efforts, high-quality storytelling, and data-backed digital marketing.

At WPRO, I served as the Editorial Director, overseeing all aspects of content operations for a rapidly scaling digital media environment focused on the crypto and blockchain space. My primary responsibilities included building and managing editorial teams, recruiting and training writers, editors, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand content for global audiences.

I was entrusted with full control over editorial workflows — from content planning and style guide enforcement to quality assurance and deadline management. I collaborated closely with project leads, designers, and marketing teams to align messaging across channels and ensure that each project met its business objectives.

A major highlight of my tenure was leading the editorial and content strategy for several high-stakes crypto presale campaigns, where my leadership and content direction played a pivotal role in helping these projects raise up to $50 million USD.
