As CDO, I led the definition and execution of the company’s end-to-end data strategy, establishing a comprehensive Data Governance model, the corporate Data Warehouse, and the enterprise-wide reporting system. I implemented the data quality framework, designed the KPI dictionary, and defined data ownership structures and security levels across all domains. The entire data ecosystem was aligned and formally approved by 100% of the executive leadership (C-Level), ensuring that data became a trusted, secure, and strategic asset for business decision-making and organizational performance.

• Formed by more than 80 consultants. Created a Business Line. Annually designing the strategy, organization, training plans, selection, professional career, and evaluation of the team.

• Designed systems for main business issues (Risk, Marketing, Channels, Solvency, Financial, Basel and FATCA) based on BI & IA concepts (IA, Big Data, DW, Reporting, ETL, Data Quality), more than 20 solutions.

• Controlled the Projects Delivery in clients and the economic topics, acting on 100% of P&L.

• Leaded solutions in the field of Customer Management for Capgemini at European level. In a matrix international organization with 6 countries.

• Developed business plans shared with the main technology partners (IBM, Oracle, SAP, SAS IA, Qlikview, MicroStrategy, Informatica, TIBCO, HP and Cloudera) representing almost 50% revenue.
