As a Helpdesk Analysist, I have to listen and determine users' needs for developing effective strategies. I am tasked to receive and answer calls from customers to help troubleshoot the IT related issues. I assisted users step by step to perform fixes in a clear and concise way when RDC isn't possible. Moreover, I stood on top of workloads to clear and maintain desk ques. Some of my notable contributions are:

• Administered windows server 2012 to 2016.

• Utilized command line to facilitate in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

• Rebuild laptops and thin clients remotely using prebuilt images.

• Performed remote administration of users PC using RDC and mapping remote drives, outlook issues, browser issues, and group policy issues.

While serving Fujitsu, my duty was to install Epos tills in large retail outlets and configure servers for the operation and maintenance of the till software. I also had to patch and configure multiple vendor switches and routers. The following are my renowned contributions:

• Coordinated with project lead for discussing action plans to ensure installation runs smoothly and have a secondary action plan.

• Oversaw site after the installation to provide effective training to staff members that need extra guidance.

• Served as main point of contact for on premise fixes.

In this job role, I executed diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations on available IT equipment. I had to set up and perform test activities, assessing equipment function, and quickly rectifying errors. My key highlights in this role include:

• Coordinated work orders to sort items destined for storage, production lines, and shipping.

• Cross-trained staff members on different stations to assist with production needs.
