Hello I'm James - I have had a lengthy career in retail, leading well known department stores with turnovers of up to £45 million and leading teams of up to 400 people.

I qualified in Coaching in 2021 and left my role in September 2022 to pursue what I love doing which is to coach people and help them to grow.

Coaching - My passion for coaching has led me to work with business owners and their teams. As a business owner, it can be lonely, constantly doubting yourself and the dreaded imposter syndrome. My challenge to you is what is that costing you, ultimately its missed revenue.

I help business owners go from self doubt to self-driven.

I work with one to one sessions over a period of time to be the cheerleader they need to make the change.

Training - With my leadership background I have experienced everything that can happen from a CVA, to administration, redundancies to integrating a new business.

I run workshops with businesses on topics such as Time Management, Leadership or Mental Health awareness.
