- The Weekly ScrapsSocial Media MabagerDIGITAL & ITMay 2020 - February 2021 (9 months)Limerick, IrelandIn this role I worked for UFC Champion Aljamain Sterling, managing his Instagram account for his podcast known as “The Weekly Scraps”.In this role I had many jobs to maintain, for example, creating clips and reels out of hour plus long podcast episodes to get fans excited for upcoming episodes, or to remind fans that a new episode has been released.I also had to perform graphic design tasks on Canva and create engaging posts with mma fans about the biggest news in the MMA Sphere and have a strong relationship with these fans having back and forths both in the comments and in Direct Messages.When I started the role this page had 382 followers, and when I left the page had jumped to 1837 followers in the space of less than a year, thanks to paid advertising, strong social media trend following, and follower engagement, creating a strong base for the podcast to grow from since.
