Primarily working across email, direct mail and SMS, working directly with and in

the client team as part of their UK retail banking division. My agenda is at the heart of the Barclay’s Customer Strategy – playing a pivotal role in rebuilding and aligning all contact consistently with their customers in line with their contact strategy.

• Developing, managing and delivering communications to customers on time

and to budget.

- Are of the desired standard and effectively deliver against strategic,

- commercial and brand objectives,

- Are on product message,

- Customer focused,

- Developed in line with brand guidelines and aligned to brand values,

- Adhere to regulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant

governance frameworks,

- Consistently reflect industry best practice,

- Have high levels of accuracy across all comms and QA is never

compromised.

• Reviewing campaigns and programmes, reporting on performance and

capturing learnings to implement.

• Collaborating with creative and production agencies to ensure

campaigns follow industry best practice and are customer-centric.

• Managing and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the delivery of

Campaigns.

I support many aspects of the email channel including strategy development, email campaign planning, development, testing, deployment, and reporting. Primarily, I work alongside the AI, IoT and Quantum Computing marketing team as an email marketing "guru", advising best practices in email marketing to deploy better campaigns and strategy.

• Manage the email promotional schedule for Informa Tech to ensure database health.

• Provide Oracle Eloqua email QA support, inspect email configurations, content for obvious HTML, link, and other errors that may impact deliverability, brand image and customer email engagement.

• Create/edit email HTML, leveraging Oracle Eloqua's responsive email design editor tool, along with other HTML editing tools.

• Create/edit landing page HTML, leveraging Eloqua's responsive landing page design editor tool, along with other HTML editing tools.

• Manage email requests and workload ensuring requirements are collected and managed to deadlines.

• Report on email campaigns (status and outcomes for various stakeholders).

• Assist Email Automation Specialists in campaign activation for scheduled campaigns.

• Onboard and train pillar marketers in email marketing guidelines and best practices.

• Report the Oracle Eloqua email reporting attributes such as deliverability, opens, clicks to key stakeholders on a monthly and bi-weekly basis.

Strategised to increase engagement and boost retention for email communications, to above industry benchmark. I created emails and article webpages using Dotdigital (ESP) & CRM systems for external marcomms, collaborating with various stakeholders across the business.

• Attained key performance data such as click rate, average session duration, scroll rate, website bounce rate to optimise open rates of email campaigns to improve conversion.

• Managed development and implemented core membership email journeys, trigger-based automation campaigns and one-off campaigns to drive membership engagement renewals.

• Approved and created targeted segment lists.

• Trained new and existing staff through workshops and troubleshoot support.

• Collaborated with senior management and key industry stakeholders to develop and deliver business enhancing services to our membership.

• Built and deployed ICAEW email campaigns ensuring all adhere to email best practice and that each has been effectively targeted to the appropriate audience.

• Partnered with Commercial and Affinity Partnerships teams to advise their clients' sponsorship based on the audience for each communication.
