Izzati worked for Temujin in a very early stage. During the time of our collaboration, we were still figuring out what to build for our target audience and had to rely on many design iterations which were tested with business clients. Izzati worked hard on each new required design iteration, which were based on very short deadlines.
Some qualities of Izzati that really stood out:
- She did not blindly do what we asked, she was always critical and asked tough questions, to ensure that we were making good design decisions.
- She was at all times very polite and friendly.
- She was very committed: early in the morning or late at night, she was ready to do what was necessary.
and of course: she made beautiful designs. She knows Figma inside out!
The results of Izzati's work: Thanks to the many design iterations, we understood exactly what are target audiences wanted and our now building it. Without Izzati's help it would've taken us 6 months to learn what we have learned from our audience. Thanks to Izzati it only took 1 month!
