Thanks to years of experience on the cutting edge of marketing & sales and technology, and a thorough knowledge of web development, I am able to speak many languages and bring together the interests and pain points of those various disciplines.
Experiences range from high-traffic sites (500K+ visitors/day) to (e-commerce) platforms with a few hundred visitors/day.
Measuring = knowing. Data is beautiful, but without a good story and actionable insights of little value.
I like to take everyone, from upper to middle management, developers, content creators and where necessary external stakeholders on the journey to better online performance, where I have no trouble in communicating 'the plan' in an understandable way to everyone and thus promoting involvement, connection and cooperation.
