I recruit, hire and onboard new team members and/or build high-performance teams for specific projects based on the natural talents, experience, and skills of unique team members. I always consider building a strong employer brand in every step of the process, and I also lead webinars about EMPLOYER BRANDING AND MARKETING IN RECRUITMENT for HR/Recruitment beginners. » I propose HR operations guidelines and set up an essential structure for my clients, including:
