I was really impressed by his ability to bring to life the vision for a complex idea of integrating various flight information sources into a viable prototype. He's an expert at communicating complex concepts and domain knowledge to the development team and is an excellent project manager who is empathetic and knows how to get the most out of the team while keeping them motivated. I would highly recommend him for any project lead role, especially ones that involve combining different domains.
