I have extensive experience leading technology sourcing for leading organisation including MTN, Roche, Fidelity international, FirstBank, Union Bank, - I have led complex sourcing and contract negotiations covering enterprise software, cyber security, infrastructure, core network, hardware (server, database, storage) and IT Professional Services: Few of my achievements:

- Software: I led the tendering, negotiation and contract management of ~$500m ($45m YoY savings) covering software license agreements, renewals with Tier-1 SaaS software suppliers including AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, IBM, ServiceNow, Oracle.

- Global Cybersecurity Programme: Oversaw procurement and contract negotiations for a cybersecurity program covering Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, and Data Security and SOC. Negotiated contracts (~$11m) with leading vendors such as SecureWorks, Proofpoint, TrendMicro, SentinelOne and Checkpoint.

- ERP Transformation: I developed the sourcing strategy and led the execution of the sourcing program for a $60m ERP Transition programme from SAP ECC ERP to a new cloud-based ERP platform. Tenders involved SAP S/4HANA, Workday, IFS, Infor, Sage, Oracle. Delivered $6m in cost savings.

- Core Network Programme: I delivered 12% savings on a sourcing project for $40m network transformation across 750 bank branches - contract involved Cisco, Palo Alto and Mouritech (for tech support).
