I provide technology due diligence services for investors and support post-deal integration and value creation initatives.

Experience in large M&A technology projects (Ford/Jaguar, HP/Compaq). More recently, with Investors (e.g. Sovereign Capital, Praetura Ventures, Mobeus Equity Partners, YFM Equity Partners, EMK).
