Dream Nation is an organisation that seeks to empower community leaders and entrepreneurs through engaging events and media. The focus is on personal development in areas such as financial literacy, physical health and productivity. As the Events Manager I am responsible for managing the logistics for each event and acquiring engaging relevant speakers. I ensure each event is planned within budget and co-ordinate catering, film crew and runners on the day of each event. The annual 'I Have A Dream' conference and End of Year Gala are sold out successes year on year due to successful digital marketing campaigns I implement which reaches our target audience. Dream Nations' annual personal development conference, I Have A Dream, achieved a 20% increase in attendance in comparison to the precious year. This is a result of the exceptional speaker line-up.
