Greg is an energetic leader with over 20 years experience delivering strategic innovation and design-led growth solutions for a diverse range of international clients. An innate collaborator with a focus on incrementally improving and accelerating product and service deliveries in strategic transformations of all scales.
Formerly at IBM, Cognizant, GrandVision, Oracle and scaled industry leaders as indicated in his CV, Greg brings extensive experience scaling up and launching businesses and products, specialising in innovation. Basically, leading the invention of things never done before.

Greg was a booster for the team at Cognizant on many levels. He helped grow our team to a balanced and powerful unit. He was a key player in developing and refining our processes and tools. At the same time he was able to safeguard the creative space that is required for innovation projects during high paced project work.
What stands out is Gregs ability to see through noisy and complex situations and to identify what really matters for the project to go forward. Combining that with his outstanding communication skills makes him the best innovation manager one can have on his team.

The most insightful product leader I have had the pleasure to work with. Greg quickly grasped the user problem we were trying to solve and helped steer us in a very profitable direction.
If I were to pick one thing about Greg that helped us the most: he asks the right questions and helps drill down to get the most useful answer, not a perfect answer, the most useful one.
I would recommend him to anyone interested in his services. And I would definitely hire him again.
