I worked with Florian for more than a year for the same client. We both were in different teams, but I had the opportunity to review some of his code for a new microservice. Thanks to his dedication the new system is now faster, more stable and solid. Florian’s wide range of knowledge about the Amazon web services was a significant factor to solve many challenging problems.

I've been part of teams under Florian's lead for the past 4 years. Florian guided me through my first steps in my career and proved to be an exceptional mentor.
I always admired his technical knowledge and the way he could simply pass it on to the rest of the team.
I never miss an opportunity to work with Florian and I'm looking forward for the next one!

Having known and worked alongside Florian for the past four years, while he was a CTO @ Hikey Resources but also on other projects I can say that he's a person of great character, very strong engineering knowledge and capability, and a great ability to manage and get the best out of teams that he leads. Therefore I would highly recommend working with him as a team leader and/or a senior engineer.

I have worked under Florian's supervision as CTO but also cooperated on projects with him being the lead engineer and project coordinator. I strongly recommend working with Flo, not only for his technical experience and the quality of his technical work, but also for his ability to build quality teams and elevate its members to full potential. Flo is a mentor, fun to work with and can push you forward advance, while having fun along the way.

Florian worked for HiKey as CTO for 4 years and did an incredible job. Not only did he build the foundation and infrastructure for all our applications, he also built an incredibly capable team which he led for years! I personally and HiKey as company can only recommend Florian as he is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated and also simply put a cool guy to work with. I would definitely work with him again without a second's thought and am looking forward to the opportunity to do so!
