Growing up across France, Australia, and Canada gave me a taste for being a Frenchman abroad. After living in Dubai for several years and calling Mexico, Spain, and Brazil home, I settled in the Netherlands in 2019.
These experiences fueled my drive to connect people and ideas across cultures, and build the trust needed to make things happen internationally.
Throughout my career, I've scaled global teams through high-growth periods, capital raises, and mergers. From defense industry business development initiatives in the Middle East to building a network of 200+ partners across 185 countries, I've driven international operations at scale.

I developed expertise in international workforce management by launching operations for a US contingent workforce leader and heading operational partnerships for a global Employer of Record.
This experience gave me insight into both compliance risks and the strategic advantages of efficiently accessing global talent.
Beyond operations, I've built business plans for science-based projects including medical devices, machine-learning applications, and aerospace sustainability initiatives. As a juror for the EU Horizon fund, I maintain a keen interest in geopolitics and the sovereignty of European industry.
