I have extensive experience working in Fintech and Retail Banking, with a focus on the management of risk for new technologies. In previous roles and projects, I have led the Operational Risk managment for a digital bank and have carried out risk assessments for cloud based technology projects at large companies, such as HSBC, American Express and Deloitte.

My latest area of focus is Web3, where I have been using data analytics to explore risk within this space. I have also management my own startup, helping companies track digital risk to help adopt new technologies.

I am happy to work both on site and remotely, as I enjoy building relationships with teams I am working with. I do believe there is a lot of value to be obtained from flexible working, which can also lead to a more inclusive and dynamic workforce.
