- since February 2022: Servicenow project manager in a Servicenow ITSM project for a major government entity in Abu Dhabi. Managing a team of 4 people.

- since January 2022: presales and bid management activities on a major Servicenow opportunity for a semi government entity in Abu Dhabi.

- since April 2022: Snow CMP project manager for a semi government entity in Abu Dhabi

- Sales and Presales leadership for pipeline generation,

- Strategy definition to win new customers/markets,

- Guarantee the Financial health of the Business Unit,

- Lead the engineers and specialists as direct manager

- Lead the support and implementation contracts to obtain financial and customer satisfaction success

- Manage the relationship with above key vendors to meet partner status KPIs

- Manage sales efforts, supporting sales staff, filling in where required, and justifying headcount
