If that’s all a bit gooey for you, fair enough - but why else should people spend their hard-earned cash in your restaurant, eating food they “could just make at home”? Why should they spend £8 on a glass instead of a bottle? It’s because of you, hospitality, people, experiences and being able to share it.

My background lies in hospitality, food and drink and I’ve got experience in marketing, project management and events. From developing and launching a luxury rum brand, to managing the digital marketing, PR and branding of a world-renowned luxury bar, I’m not shy of a challenge.
