I am a PhD Organic Chemist and R&D Leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, functional food, and cosmetics. My expertise lies in micro- and nanoencapsulation, cyclodextrin complexation, and novel drug delivery systems, with a strong focus on taking innovations from lab to market.

As a founder and managing director of multiple companies, I have successfully led GMP/GLP-compliant production setups, supervised quality control laboratories, and developed over 50 formulations—many of which are now commercialized. My work has resulted in 11+ granted patents, 1,000+ research citations, and several trademarks in functional ingredients and natural product formulations.

Beyond product development, I am passionate about technology transfer, start-up incubation, and mentoring innovators. During my tenure at the Pasteur Institute of Iran, I managed the national Duchenne & Becker Muscular Dystrophy Registry, guided 70+ start-up companies, and co-organized workshops on strategic planning, commercialization, and innovation management.
