With over 14 years of experience in Human Resources, I've fostered a robust knowledge and understanding of HR Management, Operations, and Partnering, specializing in multi-country HR projects across the EMEA region.
Having had the opportunity to work with various countries, including France, UK, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, Sweden, and Switzerland, I've honed my skills in tackling diverse and complex HR issues in multicultural environments.
Being bilingual and bicultural (French & British), I offer unique insights into the dynamics of both markets. I am passionate about providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each organization, with a particular focus on serving mid-sized service companies.
My goal is to assist businesses in achieving their strategic objectives through effective human resource management and to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of HR processes.
