Leading the program to integrate Unifilar' s operational activities into Schneider-Electric standards specifically for Customer Project Process for optimization of plant organization and supply chain in the manufacture of tailored products.

• Manage the plant ensuring safety , quality, service level, costs and customer satisfaction for products made in the plant and in the subcontracts factories.

• Develop opex and capex budget and P&L scenario based on sales strategy, enhance operations to meet business opportunities, update pipeline and forecast and operational actions in order to maximize profitability.

• Ensure strong communication and participation between plants and the different internal external actors.

• Strengthen business relationships with Suppliers and Customers.

• Implement the "Schneider Production System". (Operational reference standard based on the Lean & six sigma methodologies)

• Implement standard Certifications ISO

• Ensure the right focus and implementation on EHS action plans

• Guarantee the respect of =S= policy & implementation of the local rules
