    Achievements - Created, and implemented the Project Workbook which is being used across all newly initiated projects in the team; the workbook encompasses key PM tools (RAID, RACI, communication plan), improving control of the project and encouraging best practice.
    • Implemented Adobe Sign on my projects for project governance documents, improving efficiency and reducing use of time, resources and cost of wet ink signatures. Responsibilities - Collaborate with the EPCM provider to ensure on-time, in-full delivery, working together to anticipate challenges and address issues effectively.
    • Review engineering drawings and collaborate with Health and Safety, Quality, Validation and Facility Management to ensure proposed design meets site standards.
    • Provide technical engineering support from the early FEL stages to construction, focussing on problem solving, risk mitigation and issue management.
    • Utilise Microsoft Project to effectively scope, plan, and track the project, integrating with the EPCM programme to correctly analyse critical path items.
    • Team management using Microsoft Planner (integrated with Project SharePoint site) to allow real-time reporting of task status' and encourage ownership of activities.
    • Produce concise, accurate, and timely project reports, including status reports for stakeholder engagement, and cost reports for capital cost management.
    • Produce project governance documents in collaboration with the project team, including business proposals, scope documents, RACI matrix, PMP and RAID logs.
