Background
25+ years across strategy and technology: management consulting (Arthur Andersen, Oliver Wyman/DiamondCluster), corporate strategy and transformation leadership, founder of a firm I built
and exited, co-founder of a cognitive-AI startup, and an independent research line on knowledge abstraction and cognitive architectures. Six co-authored research papers, co-inventor on a
patent in functional connectivity networks (FCN).

Outcome-first, small-team, honest. I won't sell you a chatbot if a workflow fix does the job, nor a custom stack if off-the-shelf tooling fits. I prefer paid prototypes over long
requirement docs — they expose reality faster and cheaper. When a prototype proves out, I take it to production.
