Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage Estimation, Drawing, procurement, production, Paint, Transportation & Installation departments as Production manager, Paint manager, Site Installation manager, Transportation manager are reporting to me.

• Experience in client interaction, discussion on design, drawing technical details and cost-effective production method.

• Planning and implementation of Drawing, procurement, production, assembly, paint and site installation process with resources allocation and cost effective in P6 primavera professional.

• Provide a comprehensive guideline to all the above-mentioned departments for smooth operations.

• Check the boq pricing, drawings before submission to client.

• Getting daily progress report of each department to check the current status and to coordinate with the project planning to avoid the delay and to solve the problem in case any.

• Provides technical guideline to the team and develop solutions as needed.

• Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory.

• Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion within budget.

• Prepares production status reports for the Managing Director.

• As technical manager I am assigning the task to technical drawing team and providing them guideline for quality drawings and to make sure on time submission.

• Establishes deadlines, develops goals, and determines production standards for the departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To manage plan, assign, and review the work of team to make sure on time submission of shop drawings.

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation e.g. (Procurement Department, Production Department, Paint Department, Site Project Managers)

• Lead the Technical Drafting Department to make sure the quality of drawings with on time submission for approvals.

• Provides technical guideline to the team and develops solution as needed.

• Has extensive experience with drafting methods and tools. Supervise a group of primarily para-professional level staff and also be a level above a supervisor within high volume of productivity.

• Closely work with Project Managers & Production manager for accurate drawings from design to production.

• Maintenance of all project information, document repositories, central databases for the Project Team.

• Attend client meetings to determine the project requirements ensure deliverables are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.

• Keep the team informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.

• Planning the technical/ design department schedule using primavera.

• Strictly follow the B.O.Q and coordinate with estimator for scope or work, material reference and for variation request / approval in case of some additional requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand the concepts of Design & Participate in the meetings for Design & Development process.

• Expert in detailing drawings to get approval in minimum time.

• Multitasking, Time management & Pressure handling ability.

• Prepare the Full Architectural drawings (Furniture layout, Partition layout, Flooring layout, Coordinated Ceiling layout, Section & Elevations, Firefighting, Fire Alarm. Etc.) for Dubai Municipality & Dubai Civil Defense approval.

• Prepare typical detail drawings for execution.

• Prepare the Production Drawings for Joinery work.

• Frequent site visit to take the exact measurement for fit-out drawings and joinery production drawings.

• Coordination with Site Manager and Suppliers for smooth operation.

• Frequent internal team meeting to make the smooth operations.

• Make sure on time submission of Drawings as scheduled.

• Make Coordination in full set of drawings & responsible for drafting work to get approval.

• Prepare Complete Setting out and detail shop drawings for residence, hotel apartments and public areas.

• Complete Detail Fitout Drawings as per the scope of the company signed contractor.

• Work hand with Interior Designer including site and production teams, to produce the correct detailing and information on the drawings.

• Guide Junior team members & checking their drawings for correction before submission.
