Influencer Marketing: A large part of my current role includes me building market-leading influencer marketing strategies and campaigns which resonate with influencers and their followers to create genuine advocacy for the brand, and prompt conversation surrounding our client's brand and products. I lead on this from initial outreach, to end content reviews. My connections between influencers and influencer managers have grown exponentially over the last two years, and I am proud to have built such strong relationships within this industry. This was an incredible opportunity for me as skincare is a huge passion of mine! I also support work across other clients such as REN, ST Tropez, Beauty Works, Revolution, Tatcha US & UK, Garnier, and others. Influencer Marketing: I was in charge of prospecting and outreaching influencers that fit the client's focus and budget for each campaign. This can sometimes mean prospecting and outreaching 50 influencers across one month! I am also responsible for creating personalised content briefs for each influencer, and educating them on the skincare products they will be using. As well as this I am proficient in negotiating influencer rates in a professional and sensitive manner. Influencer Communications & Relationships: In my role at Campfire I am solely responsible for managing and overseeing my clients' entire influencer outreach program across all levels, both paid and gifted. This means that a large part of my job is ongoing influencer communications, ensuring all influencer requests, invoices, and content reviews are actioned in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the influencers and their management.

Influencer Outreach & Management: I am responsible for managing and overseeing the client's entire influencer outreach program across all levels, both paid and gifted. A large part of my job is ongoing influencer management, ensuring all influencer requests, emails and DMs are replied to in a timely manner, whilst maintaining strong relationships with the influencers. Social Media Listening and Reporting: I carry out monthly reports for all of our clients, using social listening tools Falcon and Crimson Hexagon to pull data about the brand and its competitors. Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth. Community Management: Community engagement is a big part of my day-to-day - answering comments, replying to DMs, reposting stories and increasing the brand's engagement in real-time.
