Emma in a few words
Talent consultants that work in partnership, naturally…

We help you put people at the heart of your organisation as you grow.
We help you hire inclusive leaders to drive change and growth.
We build fair and inclusive talent solutions in partnership with you.

From start-ups and scale-ups through to enterprise, we help you manage your growth fairly and inclusively from the ground up.

STEER

We cocreate your company culture as you grow, to be inclusive, sustainable, and reflect brand values via our 3 step process:

1. Our ED&I audit helps us build an understanding together of the challenges you are facing.

2. We facilitate Steer Leadership Sessions that "lift the lid" on why a deliberate approach to ED&I is vital in an ever changing world, ensuring buy-in on issues and solutions. These are followed by a co-produced ED&I Mission & Vision including a Framework, Statement, Plan package designed to drive change through the business.

3. Talent Process engineering aligned to your Mission & Vision. We design Job Descriptions, build Competency Frameworks, review Attraction Strategies and ensure they land via Inclusive Hiring Workshops. We then Monitor performance and adjust to help you keep on course

ASCEND

We hire the right people for you, to scale-up, fast but also sustainably:

Embedded hiring solutions
Talent auditing
Brand attraction and engagement
Retention strategies
Culture building
Blind recruiting
Market mapping/competitor research
Development initiatives
