Elina Baimukhanova

I am a journalist who has worked in TV on regional, national and international level in the UK and France.

I am a very vibrant, open minded and people person. Having grown up in a very international setting I have developed good teamwork skills and can easily adapt to different working and social environments.

I am fluent in English, French and Russian and am originally from Kazakhstan.

In the past 2 years, I have worked in very high pressured newsroom environments - responding to breaking news; judging stories editorially; making last minute changes to packages; pictures and scripting, as well as, closely working with professionals all around the world to deliver a well balanced report to the audience. The stories I have worked on vary from politics, to international relations, to sports, to entertainment, and crime.

I have specialized in conflict reporting and multimedia storytelling at university - but also hold a passion for fashion and entertainment.
