leading the IT transformation program across 4 operating companies and a

portfolio of ~26 concurrent projects.

Leading post-merger IT integration and system standardization, defining

common processes, tools and operating models across subsidiaries.

roadmap definition, dependency management, risk & issue tracking, budget

including progress tracking, risk assessment, decision support and strategic

recommendations.

Acting as the main IT counterpart for business stakeholders (Operations,

HR, Finance), ensuring delivery predictability, stakeholder alignment and

measurable business impact

Led projects in Mercado Pago, Mercado Libre's digital payments platform, serving millions of users across Latin America. Directed the Payments area, managing initiatives on credit cards, debit cards, and POS terminals. Oversaw design and integration of microservices and APIs, enabling scalable and flexible payment solutions. Coordinated cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA) to enhance UX in online and in-store payments. Ensured compliance with regulatory, security, and anti-fraud standards across multiple markets. Supported fintech ecosystem growth, enabling new payment methods and expansion across LATAM.
