I am expanding my consultancy portfolio by providing consulting activities based on my core competencies such as business plan, project management, financial and market analysis, ensuring strong commitment, high quality outputs and added value.
Senior Consultant involved in strategy, corporate finance and performance, I am sure to be able to bring a great added value thanks to the hard skills acquired over the years.

During my experiences I managed about 1M euros across different end to end projects aimed at delivering strategic plans, financial analysis and new business processes, coordinated Senior Experts, Partners and Business Units and contributed to the awarding of new contracts worth nearly 2M euros.

Since October 2022, I have started to provide on-demand consulting services to different type of Clients such as Corporates and Startups in travel, sport, ESG finance, marketing and art sectors about business plans, cash flow operations, and analysis of financial statements, project proposal’s elaborations and business strategy.
