• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across diverse sectors—including pharmaceuticals, media, IT, technology, e-commerce, FMCG, supply chain, and finance—covering a wide range of functions such as marketing, sales, customer service, laboratory operations, audit, finance, accounting, procurement, HR, logistics, project management, regulatory affairs, business analysis, and software development, spanning all seniority levels, from entry-level hires to executive leadership.
• Leverage competency-based interviews and modern sourcing technologies to identify top talent aligned with strategic objectives.
• Extensive international experience in recruiting for roles across Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, Spain, Romania, Africa, and the Middle East.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, building strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee contract management and negotiation, facilitating seamless transitions for candidates while ensuring agreements meet business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate and align candidates' capabilities with strategic visions and long-term goals.
• Design and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
• Coach managers on effective recruitment and retention strategies, empowering them to build and sustain high-performing teams.
• Lead employee training and onboarding initiatives to ensure seamless integration and enhance long-term engagement.
• Coordinate performance reviews and support development plans, driving employee satisfaction and contributing to overall success.
