I have 25 years of experience in the London Fire Brigade which has helped me develop my leadership, communication and mentoring skills.

I now use these and blend them with my passion for helping people to live their best lives through my coaching.

I can work with most personality types and offer a bespoke package that has my SHINE system at its heart. One that will give you clarity on what you want and a structured path to get there. I will be available to support you along your journey and hold you accountable for the actions you agreed to take.

I work online so am flexible for scheduling sessions that can fit into your own timetable.
