David in a few words
Over the last eight years, I have supported and planned the growth of experience teams. I have supported team growth and operations in the region for the previous four years, first with Publics Sapient growing a regional team from 6 to 35 people. Since joining Montarlab eight months ago, I have supported team growth, setting up practice leads, career paths, internal ways of working, client service offerings across MENA, Singapore and Europe.
I love working with team’s, people are the most essential part of any business. Getting the right people makes or breaks a team. I'm excited to support design opps for them and the business to be more efficient. Working with their hands-on to find solutions to their problems and making sure they all understand that what we do is a mindset, not just a toolset.
I come from a background in design and development, and I count myself lucky that after 20 years in this industry, I still love what I do. No matter the work, I've always had a passion for taking something complicated and making it simple, beautiful, understandable and easy to use.
