• • Became the go-to guru for all things client-related in Italy (and yes, there's a lovely referral letter from my beloved PM to back that up—just ask ).

• • Built processes that handled 1,000+ companies, ensuring smooth onboarding, upsells, cross-sells, and long-term client love.
