• Lead marketing team, develop the marketing strategy, oversee annual budget and manage all paid and organic marketing channels to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Implement and maintain automation process.
• Formulate the Marketing plan for attaining the e-commerce business objectives including but not limited to GTM strategy, UA GA4, GSC, TG identification, Media objectives, Channel selection & campaign KPIs.
• Manage and optimize all aspects of the Digital Performance Marketing channels, such as FB, Google, PPC, and display, track Marketing Campaign results, measure and analyze program result and data, and impact to optimize future programs related to brand strategy and brand awareness.
• Execute a solid SEO strategy including creating a roadmap of experimental initiatives that lead to growth to user acquisition.
• Lead and implement all marketing avenues and revenues. Effectively improving and optimizing company branding across all analog & digital platforms and digital delivery to increase brand awareness, drive leads and contribute to the bottom line.
• Conduct market research and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy, ensuring a consistent brand narrative with an eye towards competitive differentiation.
• Drive organic visibility via website optimizations, link-building strategies, Email personalization and automation, and utilization of 3rd party tools (i.e.: GMB, Google Search Console).
