    My current project for COPFS was to develop a new witness portal which will become the National Justice Gateway for Scotland. Users of the portal will be able to confirm availability for court appearances, view their witness statement and submit any expenses they accrue without having to visit a police station or COPFS office. The Alpha project aimed to prove the concept and to showcase it to ministers and senior stakeholders prior to applying for funding to develop Beta and the final live product.
