A conceptual creative, big thinking product designer and career changer with 6 years worth of experience in customer-facing roles adapted to very fast environments. What do E-Commerce, Logistics and hospitality all have in common? Constantly changing deadlines and the need for high rates of client and customer satisfaction.

With a strong visual eye and a creative streak, I decided to retrain as a Product Designer. I've experienced delays carrying out tasks due to apps/systems for jobs not working for businesses. Digital products that aren't designed to be robust enough for their use.     Recruited to ideate and design a solution for a new 'Episode Details' screen for their iOS app. Worked directly with the Head of Product, initially brought in to finalise their designs however from my experience I could see the designs didn't fulfil the company or user needs so I started the design process from research to ideating, wireframing and the final UI prototype. I carried out research (competitor analysis, market research and red route analysis), an ideation process (crazy 8's), and developed my low-fi wireframes into clean and polished prototypes for SPOKE's developers'.
