I began my freelance journey during lockdown, and have since supported businesses with their processes and staff management. I have assisted with the development of policies and procedures for new businesses and helped established businesses to implement newer and more efficient procedures.
I have also created bespoke training programs for companies to use as part of their in-house training programs, as well as conducting supervision and investigations into disciplinary matters. My experience has enabled me to work alongside directors to improve their companies, and staff teams.
I have seen through the development of businesses from the business planning stage through to incorporation and operation, whilst advising and supporting with policies and compliance procedures.
My work laptop is equipped with a VPN for added security when working, and I am also registered with the Information Commisioner's Office (ICO).

    My role includes supporting the director with policies and procedures. I create training programs for the staff team that are bespoke to the organisation, organise team meetings also providing the minutes, and the staff rotas.
    I conduct the staff supervisions/appraisals and when necessary undertake investigations into staff conduct, and consult with the director with regard to disciplinary action.
    I support the recruitment process, assisting with the interview and selection process.
    Part of my role includes ensuring compliance with regard to safeguarding where I conduct regular update service checks to ensure that staff DBS certificates remain unchanged. I maintain the staff files and ensure that their mandatory training is up to date.
