Cheryl in a few words
I have over 5 years experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, and have worked in the non-profit sector and in the corporate sector. I am a certified Salesforce Administrator, with strong experience of customisation and automation (particularly in Flows). I have experience of configuring Salesforce orgs from scratch and configuring existing systems.

I have a lot of experience working with Flow Automations, including some very complex flows. I also have experience of using Power Automate to support business processes into and out of Salesforce.

I prefer to work in an agile way, giving clients the most interaction and control over the work being completed, but am comfortable working in whichever way works best for you.
