Partnering with Lufthansa, they aimed to create seamless and engaging experiences for both passengers and crew.During my time there, I worked on designing a platform that allowed airlines to manage in-flight advertising more effectively. The goal was to simplify campaign creation, making it easier to tailor ads to different passenger segments while ensuring a smooth and intuitive workflow for airline staff.I also designed a data analytics dashboard with the goal to helped airlines understand passenger satisfaction trends, enabling them to make informed decisions based on real-time insights. Additionally, I worked on an interactive tool for analyzing how passengers engage with in-flight media, helping airlines refine content offerings and improve the onboard experience.It was a fascinating space to work in, blending UX, data, and aviation to create digital solutions that was aimed at shaping the future of air travel.
