    - Insurance Market, UK: Black Belt - Delegated authority claims process re engineering. Led the broker workstream and facilitated client workshops to review current processes, identify pain points, and document short, mid and long-term process improvement opportunities. 73% reduction in operational processing time and £multi million cumulative cost benefit identified.
