Agile, curious, and determined by nature, I see the “blue ocean” wherever I go. For 15 years, I enabled growth and managed changes for global offices.
Today, I live in the European CET time zone to take on new exciting challenges for value-led organizations. By reshaping the way managers/employees work, collaborate, and innovate, I foster a learning culture and dynamic work environment. I collaborate every day with business leaders to align priorities, visions & actions to accomplish big goals – all through the power of innovation, listening, learning, and embracing diversity.
