Marketing Strategy & Activation: Developed and led marketing strategies and activations across Europe, China, and the US to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Asset Production: Managed the development of briefs, overseeing all asset production for body care/fragrance scope with creative agencies for online and offline use. Delivered masters and ensured the continued development of creative requests for local adaptations (print/digital) for brand visuals, artwork, launches, and animations (A+, Non-Amazon, Pureplayers, Social Media, POS).
Asset Management DAM (AEM): Managed the DAM platform to ensure all assets upheld brand guidelines, technical specifications, making sure missing assets got produced as well. Enabled all masters available for internal and external use, resolved back-end issues.
Product Launches & Collaborations: Led the go-to-market strategy for product launches, collaborating with beauty influencers, ambassadors, and industry partners to maximize brand reach. Led activations as the main point of contact, overseeing end-to-end production, and aligning with cross-functional teams to meet brand objectives and ensure project success.
Event & PR Management: Executed 22 brand events and campaign activations, reaching live audiences from 25 to 6,000 attendees across +7 countries, targeting media, retailers, and consumer audiences. Collaborated with international partners, influencers, and ambassadors. Supervised an intern and a team of 7, including external vendors, agencies, and logistics partners.
Budget & Resource Management: Managed a budget of €1M, overseeing all aspects from initial planning to execution. Ensured accurate financial tracking, vendor negotiations and billing.
