▪ Provided services in contracting and procurement of computer services and related. Designed network topology, defined RFP and SLAs, contracts specifications, and collaborated in the selection of suppliers and contracting

▪ In charge of the Information Technology Department of Grupo JAP from the start. ▪ Planned and coordinated multiple implementations of ERPs and computer systems related to the automotive retail business and rent a car, namely Autoline, BMauto, Incadea and Rentway systems.

▪ Designed and coordinated SAP implementations. Leadership of the implementation projects (2009) and SAP / HANA upgrade (2016). Both implementations were made on VMWare virtual machines, being at the time the first ones in Portugal entirely virtualized, including databases.

▪ Designed and coordinated multiple software developments related to the automotive retail industry, with responsibility for software specifications, interface with the business teams and overall coordination.

▪ Promoted and coordinated multiple digital transformation projects, namely in the areas of automotive sales (adapted stock management, commissioning, worflows processes), central accounting-financial backoffice (documents dematerialization and workflows) and procurement department (decentralization of purchases, integration of workflows company wide, adapted software tool).

▪ Designed, implemented and managed all technological infrastructure (equipment, networks, services) as well as all business support applications (ERPs, custom software).

▪ Designed and coordinated multiple technological and business projects ranging from Microsoft solutions, through global voice networking solutions, cabled and Wireless networks, to integrated IP video solutions with hundreds of cameras. Executed the procurement, contracting and management of all contracts for fixed communications services, mobile communications, acquisition, and maintenance of software.
