In my Physiotherapy degree, I developed a deep understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques to help restore movement and function. Through both theoretical study and hands-on clinical practice, I gained experience in injury prevention, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy. This background has given me a unique perspective on user needs, accessibility, and ergonomics, which I apply to the design and development of digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, inclusive, and user-friendly.
