Accountability for the agile strategy & delivery of hires from the current talent landscape which supported the organisational mission & goals. Completed a nine month secondment managing the Freelance recruitment team who sourced & appointed global content professionals (Translators, Photographers & Geo Researchers) for the B.com Marketing Division. Headed up the recruitment for Global CS divisions, based in Amsterdam such as: EPS, WFM, CS Finance & Service Innovation. Developed & mentored a cherished, diverse TA team, consistently in the top 2 "most engaged department" highlighted annually, by the company's ORC survey with consistently 90% engagement. Consulted on numerous "House Doctor" assignments for companies within the global group (Agoda & Opentable) to boost talent pools with new sourcing initiatives & sleeker assessment practices.     Positioned Operations for success by providing an in-house, end to end resourcing service for all hires, 45 languages, 70+ nationalities (internal & external recruitment.) Managed all recruiting activities for the company by implementing sourcing strategies, processes & procedures. Led global resourcing teams within our multi-site & BPO network to deliver bilingual service, sales, resolution & supplier advisers on time & to meet business needs. Personally, recruited 75% of the full-time employees for the Contact Centre in the first two years, from Heads of, to Advisors (increasing candidate flow by 200%+.) Managed high flow volume of dynamic candidates to build global pipelines, with multiple thousand reaches, weekly. Designed & introduced brand new selection criteria for multiple skill sets and behavioural profiles with commensurate interview frameworks from advisor to Director level. The guides were created around company culture, & ultimate core competencies, I identified across an operational analysis project. Constructed the strategy, implementation & quality control of the end to end recruitment for brand new sites (Barcelona & global BPO in the Philippines, Egypt, Japan, Poland & Bulgaria.) Reduced overall time to hire across every division by 50 – 75%.
