Led global resourcing teams within our multi-site & BPO network to deliver bilingual service, sales, resolution & supplier advisers on time & to meet business needs. Personally, recruited 75% of the full-time employees for the Contact Centre in the first two years, from Heads of, to Advisors (increasing candidate flow by 200%+.) Managed high flow volume of dynamic candidates to build global pipelines, with multiple thousand reaches, weekly.
