Coordination and development of data science applications and associated dashboards for customer experience management, identification of measures to increase customer recommendation rates for bond trading and their impact on it. I have worked on Bond Trading System where I have done end to end Data Science and ML methods for three country data and compared with top 100 indices and stocks. I start with minimum data and one model, then expand to 3, then make expand to 9 for best fit. Other projects are on different rating of funds.
