Skills (20)

Arvind in a few words

I am a strategic and data-informed Group Product Manager with experience building and scaling (mobile) products from 0 - 1 and 1 - 10.

I have taken multiple apps from MVP to thousands of users, achieving high satisfaction scores. I am skilled at wireframing, third party integrations, AdTech, MarTech and growth hacking. I take a pragmatic approach to product management and can balance effort and quality well.

I flourish working in fast paced hyper-growth agile environments, with some key strengths being formulating and aligning a product vision with wider business goals and subsequently facilitating the process of translating these into (quarterly) goals/OKRs.

I push to empower my direct reports as well as their subsequent product teams by explaining the big picture and giving them the freedom to translate this (product/business) strategy to their own teams and roadmaps.

I take pride in mentorship and product teaching within the organisation for all levels. I actively contribute in shaping an organisations product culture, values, and organisational structure as a whole.

I believe this goes hand in hand with my management style of promoting a culture of doing. I like my reports to always try. Try and make mistakes, as I truly believe that this, coupled with strong product values, is the best way to succeed.
