Hello, I am Arthur, and I work as process facilitator and a trainer. As you very likely know, facilitation is useful in many domains, such as change management, organisational development, business agility, sustainability, portfolio, programme and project management. All these domains are my specialisms but I will be happy to look at any possible organisational challenge indeed, where the organisational collective intelligence is the key to success.

I am also an experienced project management trainer (PRINCE2 approved). Therefore if there is a project management training needed, whether to establish a recognised framework such as PRINCE2 or to strengthen the project tools and techniques, I am fully available for that. But look at it as a process, where the trainings come together with facilitated workshops and serious games. Altogether, you will have a complete, consistent and engaging process, that will root the change in the organisation.
